Two situations will be considered.
Situation#1. You have set a login password for the Dingtone account.
- Step 1. Download and Install the Dingtone app on your new phone.
- Step 2. Login to your Dingtone account using your either phone number, email address.
- Step 3. After you’ve successfully login your Dingtone account, a warning message will be seen reminding you that your Dingtone account is on service on another device (actually your lost device), tap “Deactivate” to automatically log out your Dingtone account on your lost device and you can use it on your new device.
Situation#2. You have NOT set a login password for the Dingtone account.
- Step 1. Download and Install the Dingtone app on your new phone.
- Step 2. Login to your Dingtone account using your either phone number, email address with an access code.
- Step 3. After you’ve successfully login your Dingtone account, a warning message will be seen reminding you that your Dingtone account is on service on another device (actually your lost device), tap “Deactivate” to automatically log out your Dingtone account on your lost device and you can use it on your new device.
