Dingtone provides high calling quality to its users based on VOIP technology. However, as a WiFi calling app, the calling quality is determined by so many elements that it may become unstable from time to time.
Call quality is primarily determined by the condition of the network your device is using. To transmit a high-quality voice call, Dingtone requires a stable network connection between your device and Dingtone server. If your device connects to a WiFi network, please move close to the WiFi hotspot since WiFi has a very limited transport range. Please avoid making calls on a public WiFi (these are typically slow). If your device connects to a 3G/4G network, 3 signal bars are required.
