To buy a new phone number on Dingtone, you can go to “Connect” and then “My Phone Numbers” to add a new phone number. Sometimes, you may not be able to buy a number. Below we list some reasons why you might not be able to buy a number, and how to resolve this.
Unable to enter the next page after selecting a number
This is usually caused by failing to lock up the number for you. If this issue occurs repeatedly, it is recommended that you retry to buy phone number on our official website, or on a device with a different operating system (Dingtone App is available on both Android and iOS) to confirm that this is not a technical problem; if you still fail or can’t find the number, it probably means the number has been occupied by another user.

Successfully paid for a number but didn’t receive it
If you have made a payment but didn’t get the number, please confirm whether any prompt window or message pops up, reminding you to select again without extra charge. If it does, please re-select a country number, which will be directly issued to your account. Otherwise, you can contact us via Feedback in the app.
Fail to get the payment option of the number
Since the subscription service for each number is relatively independent, we need to apply for multiple subscription products in the App Store to meet the user’s multiple number purchase needs. If you do not see buyable items, it may be because you have purchased too many numbers, and there are no subscription products available.
